The theif gang Raccoons don't care much for fighting - they are tricky and would rather steal where there's bound to be jackpot. They are shrewd and quick, and have the nose to find supplies. They're not afraid to steal from larger groups like Pirates or Decay. Strays will be met with scorn but are more likely to be accepted should they have the skills to steal. If you wish to be a member of Raccoons it's a must to be agile and brave enough to steal from the poor and give to the rich.
